Corundum-mullite Refractory Castable

Product Overview

Corundum mullite castable has the common advantages of both corundum refractory castable and mullite castable. At high temperatures, the matrix undergoes in-situ reaction to form mullite phase, which improves the high-temperature thermal strength and thermal shock stability of the casting lining.

It has high high-temperature compressive strength, good resistance to thermal shock and structural peeling; Excellent high-temperature volume stability and thermal shock resistance, high load softening temperature, low high-temperature creep rate, and good chemical corrosion resistance.

Steel & iron furnace, arc furnace roof triangle area, prefabricated parts, water-cooled equipment for electric furnaces, horizontal steel outlet, lining, induction furnace nozzle, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, vacuum degassing equipment for casting steel, gun lining, LF furnace cover, cracking reactor, cyclone separator, separator, flue, and so on.
