Product Overview
Ceramic Fiber Blanket is composed of long flexible, interwoven fibers manufactured by the “spun” process yielding a strong, lightweight, durable product. This material can be used for applications with temperatures from 1000°F (538°C) to 2600°F (1425°C).The product is firm, light and durable.Thermal and physical properties are retained after drying following wetting by oil, steam or water. This ceramic fiber blanket products are completely inorganic, so there are no fumes when heating for the first time.Rongsheng ceramic fiber blanket has higher tensile strength and longer service life.
Characters of Ceramic Fiber Insulation Blanket
1. Excellent thermal insulation: Ceramic fiber blankets have low thermal conductivity, effectively reduce heat transfer. Ideal for furnaces, kilns, and industrial ovens.
2. High-temperature resistance: The blankets can withstand extremely high temperatures, up to 1430°C or even higher.
3. Low Thermal Conductivity: The thermal conductivity of Kerui ceramic fiber blankets is low. The thermal conductivity is between 0.09-0.76 W/mK at 400-1000°C.
4. Strong Mechanical Properties: Ceramic blanket insulation has strong mechanical properties, like tensile strength, wear resistance, tear strength, elasticity.
5. Chemical Corrosion Resistance: High heat insulation blankets have good chemical stability. They resist most acidic and alkaline chemical erosion.
6. Noise Reduction: Blanket ceramic fibers have a porous structure, high density and light weight. Effectively absorb sound waves and block sound transmission.
